- Bachelor's degree.
- At least three years of experience in creating content for social media and the web in a fast-paced public relations, marketing or journalism environment.
- Eager to develop digital strategies for brands,
- Following trends, digital technology and innovations,
- Strong writing and communications skills, including both a professional and a conversational writing style.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships across an organization.
- Ability to learn and master new web skills and content management systems and social media channels as evolving job responsibilities require.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines and display excellent professional judgment and the ability to work collaboratively necessary.
- Demonstrated high energy level and ability to execute communication activities that range from routine to highly creative.
- Flexibility in workday (some evenings, weekends)
