Digital Product and Account Manager

Define and communicate product requirements for both client-based and internal startup projects.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize features, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
Oversee product development timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Organize and lead product reviews, sprint reviews, and other crucial meetings.
Analyze user feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to inform decisions on both client products and internal startups.
Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and fulfill objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Conduct regular check-in meetings to review project status and gather client feedback.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and product progression.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
A minimum of 2 year of experience in product management, preferably within a software development or startup environment.
Experience in account or client relationship management is a plus.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Keen problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
