Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Define and communicate product requirements for both client-based and internal startup projects.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize features, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
Oversee product development timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Organize and lead product reviews, sprint reviews, and other crucial meetings.
Analyze user feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to inform decisions on both client products and internal startups.
Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and fulfill objectives.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Conduct regular check-in meetings to review project status and gather client feedback.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and product progression.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
A minimum of 2 year of experience in product management, preferably within a software development or startup environment.
Experience in account or client relationship management is a plus.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Keen problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Proficiency in [specific tools/software, e.g., JIRA, Confluence, CRM systems]

About Digital Product and Account Manager

Digital Project and Account Managers are professionals responsible for the management of digital projects and the effective execution of relationships with clients. This role ensures that customer expectations are met and projects run smoothly, while playing an active role in the process from planning to delivery. It requires strategic planning, project management and effective communication skills to deal with rapidly evolving projects in the digital world and to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.

A Digital Project and Account Manager coordinates all processes of digital projects. They analyse project requirements, create project plans in collaboration with the team and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the set timelines. In this process, it is critical to understand customer needs and develop strategies for digital projects to meet these needs. The project manager works closely with designers, developers and other team members to ensure that each phase runs smoothly.

Managing customer relationships is an important responsibility in digital projects. People in this role are in constant communication with customers to understand their expectations and ensure that projects are progressing in accordance with their needs. Customer satisfaction is a critical factor for the success of the business, so it is an important task to communicate effectively and proactively with the customer, receive their feedback on the project and make the necessary improvements. He also makes strategic recommendations to create new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.

The Digital Project and Account Manager is responsible for understanding project requirements, communicating with the customer and ensuring that these requirements are transformed into digital products. He/she plans and follows the necessary processes to manage customer expectations and ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget. In addition, he/she takes strategic steps to ensure cooperation within the team and to ensure that problems are resolved quickly at every stage of project progress.

To be successful in this position, it is important to follow innovations in the digital world and to learn continuously. Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) provide a great advantage for career development. It is also critical to develop skills in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira). They can take a step further in their careers by improving their digital marketing, data analysis and strategic thinking skills. Communication skills and problem solving abilities will also help them do their jobs more efficiently.

Strong communication skills, organisational skills and strategic thinking are critical to becoming a Digital Project and Account Manager. Time management and attention to detail are also essential for effective project management. Empathy and problem solving skills are important to understand customer expectations and meet these expectations with digital solutions. Knowledge of digital trends, software tools and project management methodologies are among the competences required for this role.
