Jr. Account & Business Development Manager

As a Jr. Account & Business Development Manager, you'll take on a role that's critical to our growth targets. At Epigra, we believe you should love your work first, and this role is built for exactly that kind of person. It blends three skills in one: client relations (account), project follow-up (project management), and business development (sales). You'll touch every stage of agency life, own the work end to end, and over time grow into an Account & Business Development Manager with your own client portfolio.
In short: you'll be the architect of a system where promises are kept, emails don't go unanswered, and "I'll get back to you on that" actually means you get back to them.
What You'll Do
- Field client requests, route them to the right person, and make sure nothing is ever forgotten
- Track projects and tasks, acting as a solid bridge between the team and the client
- Chase proposals and sales processes, keeping prospects warm
- Keep our CRM alive: every conversation, stage, and next step logged
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow every action to the finish line
What We're Looking For
- Obsessive follow-through: someone who doesn't just start a task, but won't let go until it's done
- Someone who remembers their to-do list in their sleep (jokes aside: nothing slips past you)
- Strong written and verbal communication (fluent Turkish, good English)
- Organized, plans ahead, prioritizes well
- Hard-working, hungry to learn, unafraid of ownership
- Interest in the agency or software world (experience here is a real plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience or project background at an agency / software company
- Familiarity with CRM, project management, or documentation tools
- Any exposure to sales or client relations
