As a Jr. Sales & Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth targets, build strong customer relationships and be responsible for the smooth delivery of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and qualify potential leads in our target industries, pitch our services, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded.
  • Scheduling Initial Sales Meetings: Set up and coordinate initial discussions with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional introduction to our offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals based on client needs, highlighting the unique value propositions of our digital solutions.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the benefits and value of our services.
  • Professionalism & Presentation: Uphold a polished and professional image in all interactions, representing our brand with integrity and style.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and our development team to ensure projects are on track, on budget, and in line with client requirements.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather, interpret, and convey client feedback to internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement in our offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, web design, mobile applications, and digital marketing to identify new opportunities and enhance our value proposition.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales and account updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of software development, website design, and mobile application trends.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for learning and growth.
