Junior

As a Jr. Sales & Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth targets, build strong customer relationships and be responsible for the smooth delivery of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and qualify potential leads in our target industries, pitch our services, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded.
  • Scheduling Initial Sales Meetings: Set up and coordinate initial discussions with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional introduction to our offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals based on client needs, highlighting the unique value propositions of our digital solutions.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the benefits and value of our services.
  • Professionalism & Presentation: Uphold a polished and professional image in all interactions, representing our brand with integrity and style.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and our development team to ensure projects are on track, on budget, and in line with client requirements.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather, interpret, and convey client feedback to internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement in our offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, web design, mobile applications, and digital marketing to identify new opportunities and enhance our value proposition.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales and account updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of software development, website design, and mobile application trends.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for learning and growth.

About Sales & Account Manager

The Sales and Account Manager plays a critical role in helping an organization achieve its sales goals, managing customer relationships, and increasing customer satisfaction. Professionals in this position develop sales strategies and optimize business processes by effectively communicating with existing and potential customers. By adopting a customer-focused approach, the Sales and Account Manager aims to increase the brand's market share and ensure customer loyalty.

Sales and Customer Managers work in close collaboration with sales teams. They monitor the performance of team members and provide the necessary training and development opportunities. They also develop methods to increase motivation within the team to achieve sales goals. They collaborate with various departments (marketing, product development, etc.) to accurately reflect customer demands and contribute to product/service development processes.

The Sales and Account Manager regularly analyzes data to improve sales performance. Data such as sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends are used to make strategic decisions. These analyses help determine which strategies are working and which areas need improvement. He/she regularly reports sales performance to senior management by managing reporting processes.

Customer satisfaction is a critical element for the success of a business. The Sales and Account Manager develops various strategies to meet customer demands and exceed their expectations. He/she strives to provide personalized experiences to increase customer loyalty to the brand. Building long-term customer relationships increases repeat sales and strengthens the brand's reputation.
