We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media and Content Manager to contribute to the growth of Epigra and its associated projects. This position will play a fundamental role in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, while also helping us provide the best possible service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and sharing content on social media platforms for the agency and clients.
  • Planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing content strategies.
  • Managing the content calendar.
  • Producing customized content based on client needs.
  • Conducting social media analytics and reporting.
  • Assisting in keeping our agency competitive by staying updated on trends.
  • Generating content and managing the company blog.
  • Contributing to content and social media management for other projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business).
  • Basic knowledge and interest in social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively use social media platforms.
  • Analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in content production for a company blog or other projects (preferred).

About Social Media & Content Manager

Social Media and Content Managers are professionals who work to manage and strengthen brands' presence on digital platforms. These people develop social media strategies, interact effectively with the brand's target audience and produce creative content. At the same time, they manage content on different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and work to deliver the brand's message to a wide audience. Planning social media campaigns, community management and analysing interactions are among the main responsibilities of this position.

In order to be successful in social media management, it is critical to develop an effective strategy. The Social Media and Content Manager analyses the target audience of the brand and determines which platforms should be used. It creates content using the most appropriate language and intonation for the target audience. This strategy is prepared in accordance with the overall marketing objectives of the brand and ensures strong results both in the short term and in the long term. It also manages advertising budgets during campaign periods and aims to reach large audiences through social media advertising.

One of the cornerstones of social media management is content production and management. Managers produce creative content that will attract the attention of the target audience and share it regularly. They effectively communicate the brand's message using relevant graphics, videos, blog posts, infographics and other types of media. Content needs to be tailored to each platform because the dynamics and user base of each social media platform are different. For example, while visual-oriented content stands out on Instagram, more professional and informative content is preferred on LinkedIn. Managers optimise their content strategies by taking these differences into account.

People working as Social Media and Content Managers are responsible for reflecting the brand identity in the best way on digital platforms. They create social media content calendars and ensure that campaigns are executed in a timely and effective manner. At the same time, it is an important part of this position to follow current social media trends and adapt quickly to these trends. Time management is essential for running multiple campaigns simultaneously, and flexibility is a huge advantage in keeping up with the fast-changing digital world.

Firstly, a good command of digital marketing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a great advantage.
