Challenge
The project required creating a user-friendly yet comprehensive application that could accommodate Nirvana Hotels’ broad range of services. Additionally, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience across multiple languages and locations was a significant challenge.
Solution Proposal
We prioritized user experience throughout the design process, integrating multi-language support, an easy-to-navigate interface, and robust infrastructure. The result was a comprehensive application that included features such as reservations, detailed service overviews, and in-hotel navigation.
Results
The application provides Nirvana Hotels guests with quick access to hotel services and a seamless digital experience. Users can plan their daily activities, explore facilities, and interact with services easily from a single platform.
Nirvana Hotels approached us with a vision to provide their guests with a privileged digital experience. Starting from the concept phase, we carefully designed and developed an application that addressed both the users' needs and the wide variety of hotel services. The application enriches the Nirvana customer experience by offering essential features such as daily activity planning, reservations, and easy access to hotel services.
We envisioned this platform as a step toward becoming a "SuperApp" for Nirvana Hotels. By combining intuitive design and functionality, we ensured that users could effortlessly navigate and utilize the hotel’s offerings all in one place.
End to End Hotel Experience
The Nirvana Hotels application responds to all the needs of guests at the hotel from a single point. From restaurant reservations to room options, from spa appointments to planning daily activities, we have created a platform where they can easily perform many transactions. Guests have an intuitive and rich digital experience that makes every moment they spend at the hotel perfect.
Nirvana Super App
The Nirvana Lifestyle concept combines entertainment and luxurious comfort, offering guests a unique experience at all Nirvana hotels. Users can access all facilities, plan activities and utilise services according to their own tastes. The Nirvana Hotels application is on its way to becoming a ‘SuperApp’ that responds to all the needs of guests in accordance with their lifestyles.
