Challenge
In our journey together with Santa Farma since 2015, Zone Portals, a scientific consultancy platform with a wide range of content for specialised physicians and pharmacy pharmacists in Turkey, needed to undergo a small evolution in line with current technological trends and user needs.
Solution Proposal
After reviewing the structure of the existing portal, we decided to create an innovative mobile application to ensure medical specialists and pharmacists have easy and quick access to the latest updates. This mobile platform was integrated with the updated Zone Portal interfaces, facilitating user access to a comprehensive resource library related to their medical expertise from anywhere.
Results
With the mobile application we developed, hundreds of healthcare professionals now have much more comfortable access to a vast content library related to their areas of medical expertise. This not only allowed specialists to access information more quickly but also further strengthened Santa Farma's position in the industry.
In 2015, we established a collaborative partnership with Santa Farma, to create one of Turkey's leading social platforms providing extensive content for medical specialists, doctors and pharmacists. As part of our agreement to continuously improve the service since then, we have recently updated Zone Portal while incorporating new trends and technological advances, allowing us to create a companion mobile application that users can access to access the latest updates.
Through this mobile app, hundreds of healtcare professionals can now access an extensive library of resources related to their field of expertise in healthcare more conveniently than ever.

The question bank allows users to take tests and answer specific questions to measure their knowledge. The articles and libraries are designed to be a comprehensive source of information on specialised topics. At the same time, the literature search allows users to quickly search thousands of online and offline library resources, including scholarly articles. In addition, videos and podcasts provide informative and exclusive audiovisual content.
